featuring contemporary European food

The new menu was in the spirit of consultant chef Asavari B’s most recent one-year-long stay in Spain.

The Tomato Basil Soup is simple but effective in describing this tomato soup made from fresh tomatoes, which has a strong scent of basil. It is perfect to serve at any moment during the day.

La Artisan, the Santorini-themed restaurant located in New Town, is ready to launch a range of delicious new dishes, including specialties from the Mediterranean region. The menu was inspired by consultant chef Asavari B’s most recent one-year stay in Spain.

The Telegraph checked the menu and now brings us some dishes we enjoyed.

What is it: New menu items and baked

Apple of Eden: The most Instagram-worthy food on the menu is this deconstructed apple pie, which is reminiscent of an entremet. It’s an apple that’s fresh with chocolate soil. We were awestruck by the dramatic look of this dish.

Lemon-Ricotta Honey Toast, The must-try item in the restaurant, is this freshness blast made with sourdough from the bakery drizzled with ricotta and lemon. The toast is sprinkled with honey to offset the lemons. It’s like walking down Positano.

Vegetarian Mexican Burger: This loaded Burger comes with a patty made of beans and vegetables with a hung curd middle that provides some creamy and softness to the patty

Mushroom Mille Feuille: An umami twist on the traditional dessert, this one features mushrooms, mushroom cream, Parmesan, and onions, all laced with tomato paste in the layers of pastry phyllo. It’s an outstanding balance of flavors and textures.

The Brown Butter Braised Fish Bhekti Fish is cooked with the sauce of brown butter and served with relish pea puree and a little leek cream. We like the texture of the creamy.

Tres leches Poached Pear: The traditional Mexican dessert is given a dose of wine when paired with pear poached with red wine and served over this delicious milk cake.
