The only slight benefit of a headache that’s throbbing is that it’s usually followed by a massive platter of food that’s greasy as well as a huge cup of hot coffee. Everybody has a hangover cure they swear by, whether it’s the whole McDonald’s breakfast buffet or a bubbly brunch buffet. (Hey it’s not a problem having a bit of hair from that dog.)

Udon noodles at Koya in Soho that can be enjoyed for breakfast. It’s warming and filling and I’ve added a decent quantity the spice blend to give an extra kick, along with fresh honey and ginger tea. It was once an In-N’Out Double Double, and chocolate milkshake. The sweet-salty-salty combination of a fat burger and fries, with milkshakes served with a side of fries used to revive me.
