An international study we conducted in 2017 showed that between 30% and 40 percent of people are eager to make the switch to a lifestyle that is based on less or no meat. As demand rises – the sales of food products derived from plants in the US Have grown by 29% over the last two years, as per the Good Food Institute – so as the quality of cooked food items made from plants.
